Full Version
Healing the Corporate Soul: Mercy and Truth Before the Face of GOD is a two-phase corporate engagement consisting of a foundational seminar followed by a deeper applied workshop experience.
The initial seminar introduces a distinctive framework for understanding the human condition beneath work, stress, performance, and institutional life. It presents the concepts of Corporate Personnel Homelessness and House Homelessness to describe hidden forms of inner displacement that can exist even within materially successful environments.
Participants are invited to reflect on how stress, competition, and institutional pressures affect not only productivity, but also meaning, identity, and well-being.
Following this session, participants are given time to reflect and process before engaging in a second-phase workshop. This applied session provides guided reflection, discussion, and practical exercises designed to help individuals and teams internalize the framework and consider its implications for leadership, culture, and institutional health.
This two-phase approach is designed to prevent information overload, encourage thoughtful absorption, and enable participants to engage the material with clarity, depth, and professional precision.
