The Three Elements of Influential, Financial and Legacy Investment Opportunities

Greetings, Mr. Francis C. Mesina, Shalom!

I am writing to you in a business and legacy context, at a moment that history will later recognize as decisive.

As the United States approaches its 250th Anniversary, it stands at an unprecedented precipice—one in which either dissolution or the continuation of a properly functioning Union Republic will occur.

President Donald J. Trump has rightly declared the advent of an American “Golden Age.”
History, however, teaches that such eras do not endure by declaration alone.
They endure only when their foundational frontier is completed.

America’s original frontier was not settled by elites, but by the forgotten and left behind of England and Europe—individuals displaced socially, economically, and religiously.  They were not funded by government aid.

Rather, they were advanced through private capital under government permission, creating a system of equitable reciprocity in which pioneers gained opportunity, investors gained return, and the nation itself was born.

That original American business template remains unfinished.

Today, the modern equivalent of those early pioneers is America’s forgotten and left behind—the homeless and dispossessed whom President Trump has sworn not to abandon, but to bring forward equitably.
Equity, not equality, has always been the American principle: the right of opportunity to participate productively, where what one contributes, one gains from, with return.

EXODUS II is the contemporary execution of that original template. It is not a social program, nor a charitable appeal.
It is a disciplined, private-sector–led civic framework designed to complete the New Frontier necessary for America’s Golden Age to endure.
Within this structure, New Frontier 2 functions as the moral and historical sub-foundation, while EXODUS II serves as the operational engine.

Importantly, we are not seeking financial capital at the outset.
Our immediate objective is to demonstrate capacity—through in-kind stewardship, expertise, logistics, and disciplined administration—culminating in the assumption of operational responsibility for the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness without taxpayer funding.
This proof of competence precedes capital, just as it did at the nation’s founding.

This core platform is reinforced by two complementary instruments:

First, the Compton Cricket Club, aligned with Cricket’s introduction as a featured Olympic sport in 2028, provides commercial viability, international goodwill, workforce development, and global media gravity—demonstrating economic competence and revenue capability.

Second, Mr. Citizen Patriot, convening the August 29, 2026, gathering at the Lincoln Memorial in commemoration of the 63rd Anniversary of the 1963 March on Washington, serves as the civic activation of We the People—reanimating a functioning body politic not fully seen since 1776, and later codified in federal law through the Preamble of the Constitution.

Together, these elements demonstrate to the President—and to the nation—that a sober, capable, and disciplined We the People body politic stands ready to fulfill an honored task that bureaucratic norms have failed to accomplish since 1987.

Once capacity is demonstrated, capital will naturally follow. At that stage, participation becomes not sponsorship, but legacy investment—with names, institutions, and enterprises inscribed into the continuation story of the American Republic.

I welcome the opportunity for quiet observation, private dialogue, and—if aligned—co-stewardship at this foundational moment.

With respect,

Ted Hayes
