“As Commander-in-Chief of the Military and Law Enforcement, you are charged with arresting and suppressing war and crime.

You are not a social worker, nor are you Constitutionally required to be so, for that is the Preamble authority and responsibility of We the People.

Military force may contain disorder, but it cannot resolve the causes of homelessness and youth frustration.

Those root causes—family breakdown, addictions, loss of dignity, generational despair—must be addressed by citizens fulfilling our duty to form a more perfect Union.

Therefore, we applaud your rightful efforts in law enforcement, while expecting you to empower We the People to rectify homelessness and restore national wholeness.”
