The Office of Societal Moral Consciousness x
Under the auspices of the Civilian Oversight Participants (C.O.P.), the newly established Office of Societal Moral Consciousness (OSMC) will be based in the Executive Branch, i.e., the White House.
The C.O.P. will direct the staff of the US Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) on how to utilize the 15-plus Federal Departments, which are essentially the President’s Cabinet, to effectuate EXODUS II: 2028, Los Angeles Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative.
The COP will become a permanent entity within the President’s Cabinet as its moral conscience.
As We the People, this is our Right, our Duty, and Responsibility, as it is we who are ordered “to more perfect the Union, Establish Justice, Ensure Domestic Tranquility, Provide for the Common Defense, promote the General Welfare, and Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, etc.”
Essentially, whenever any policy, programs, practices, initiatives, both domestic and foreign, from economic to warfare matters are discussed in The Cabinet, the COP is there to question their morality, and ask how such will effect the US citizens at lowest levels of society before any actions by the President is executed.
