The execution of the Strategy results in the construction of well-planned and engineered, government-chartered,

…of small cities, townships, villages, etc., resided with US citizens of any/all ethno-racial identities, of every socio-economic,

Ironically, ethno-racial dynamics of American homelessness matter, particularly in LA County, wherein
