In Los Angeles, the National Homelessness Capital, and the home of the homeless
….US military Veterans my stream and I intend to present our unprecedented and
…unchallenged mega-strategic national plan
…to humanely (non-militarily) resolve homelessness, to the Hon. President Trump.

This is particularly true, given the rapidly approaching 2028 LA Olympics,
 which we can discuss later.

For our Tuesday discussion, the following are the topics.

Your “Strategic Opportunity #4 Addressing Homelessness”
Therefore, I desire to first hear more from you about it.

Homelessness Must Be Re-Imagined
The reason to reimagine homelessness is that most of the public and private social services programs
…to “help the homeless” are based on several untrue premises, so they fail to meet their objectives.

The “mental illness” Fiasco
A leading false premise on homelessness is that a third of the homeless are mentally ill, which is a
… the primary cause for social services to devise failed policies.  Yes.  That kind of thinking!

Example: False diagnosis leads to a false prognosis, followed by wrongly prescribed prescriptions, etc.

Societal “gaslighting of the homeless”
The mythology of substance addiction

• The real mental illnesses, substance addictions, are of the “mainstream” society.
• The “mental illness” fiasco is the primary cause of failed policies that address homelessness

Mainstream society is the cause of the multi-billion-dollar, addictive, illicit street and prescription narcotic,
…and alcohol substances, not homeless persons.  Will explain later!

“Mainstreaming”, i.e., the returning of homeless persons, or for the first time, into regular society,
…which is a socio-economic, geo-physical impossibility that needs to be discussed in detail.

Metaphor
Imagine the following:
First, a huge, multistory, beautiful mansion ablaze in fire; people running and escaping
…the building, while coughing from smoke and brushing flames, their closths

Second, standing on the sidewalk are the fire, police, and EMT departments of the city and county;
…neighborhood residents, even social services, all yelling at the escapees to “go back inside”

Of course, they are happy escapees who ignore advice and help and occupy the “sidewalks” instead.

The question: “In this scenario, who are the insanely mentally ill?

Present Update of Justiceville-LA-California Efforts
The LA County “Whirlwind Fires” work with the LA County Board of Supervisors, and California Gov. Newsom,

…President Trump intends to make federal and state lands available for homelessness based on Title V.
…of the 1987 McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.

“America’s Promised Land”
California Governor Gavin Newsom is offering access to State land, following the example of President Donald J. Trump’s
…for the homeless, in the forms of “huge tent cities” of internment camps, new home buyers, and his “Ten Freedom Cities”
…on federal lands, no purchase, no taxes.

The Ultimate Homeless Objective Strategic National Plan, entitled EXODUS II: 2028,
…LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative; and/or EXODUS II: “The Promised Land”. 

“And He’s allowed me to go up to the mountain. And I’ve looked over.
And I’ve seen the Promised Land. I may not get there with you.
But I want you to know tonight that we, as a people,
will get to the promised land!” (Prophet MLK, April 3, 1968)

This could be the beginning of what he prophesied 57 years ago. Why not?!?

Especially, given who the US President is, the “Second Abraham Lincoln”, the significant|
…statistics of “black” homelessness, combined with the growing threat of ethno-racial and
…national cleansing by the grand theft larceny of the 14th Amendment,
…by illegal alien, immigration-occupation, now is the optimum time for an epic proposition.

Herein lies the strategic plan to meld the “Traditional” with the “New” houseless, unhoused,
…homeless populations into an equitably mixed community on federal and state lands.

Particularly “Definitions of New and Traditional”

These strategically planned communities are equipped to meet the societal needs of any American city
…or town, including learning institutions, medical centers, hospitals, dentistry, parks, malls, recreation centers, etc.

The Themes: Utilizing federal and state lands in this way aligns with President Trump’s “America’s Golden Age,”
particularly as he and Gov. Newsom are willing to make them available.

However, there is no “American Golden” without the Golden State of California, of which this proposition.

HIC -Homelessness Industrial Complex (HIC) of Social Services, including public-governmental entities such as
…LAHSA, HUD, HHS, Veterans Administration, and private NGO entities such as religious entities and legal counsel firms.

Presently, the Department of Justice is investigating Los Angeles for this criminal and anti-black racist practice,
…costing taxpayers billions of dollars wasted, and most importantly, the untold numbers of human beings who
…have needlessly perished over the last 40 years, especially since January 6, 1999.  (Will explain later)

The 2028 LA Olympic deadline is an impetus to achieve homelessness resolution.

The last two options

The Federal Powers Bequeathed to us for a time such as Now…is the Time
There are federal laws that have lain dormant for 161 years, by which we, federalized, “black” citizens
…are authorized to access when literate enough to lay claim and execute for our deliverance from
…the generations-destroying aftermath of 245 years of chattel slavery, plus the 99 years of Jim Crowism,
…plus the 61 years of deliberately failed, socialistic government policies and programs.
