Agenda For Mitchell Meeting
The Itinerary Agenda for the Mitchell Meeting
- First, the most crucial point is the January 6, 1999, BOS Resolution and Letter to President Clinton.
See: Resolution and Letter. Also See: The Directory.Mentioned are:USICH (White House-based, US Interagency Council on Homelessness);
LAHSA (LA Homeless Service Authority); McKinney-Vento Congressional Homeless Assistance Act of 1987,
Noting Title V – Federal resources, lands, etc.
Based on: LA City Council Member Rita Walters’ Resolution; Followed by the Santa Monica City Council, and,
JSAP, Joint State and Action Plan of the Law Enforcement Working Group
The Request: Assuming the legacy mantle of 3 previous Resolutions authored by US Federal Citizens, African American,
…black women, aforementioned, particularly that of the BOS Chairwoman, the Hon. Yvonne Braithwait-Burke,
…it is requested that, after careful review, Ms. Mitchell do the following:
A. Contact Governor Newsom and influence him to meet with the “Whirlwind Fires, and Rescue Business Consortium.”
To hear our strategic plans. See: “Consortium Directory” @
B. Contact President Trump for the same purposes as the Governor.
2. The Ultimate Objective of the Plan, dubbed EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative
3. To construct a whole, non-tax funded, but rather, private investments-driven, government-chartered,
…self-sustaining communities with functioning municipal governments,
…either City Council or manager-directed, having law enforcement, fire, EMT, etc., departments; with socio-economic,
…class status mixed populations (not just homeless); labor-intensive as well as 21st-century Technologies.
Herein lies the strategic plan to meld the “Traditional” with the “New” houseless, unhoused, and homeless populations
…into an equitably mixed community on federal and state lands.
These communities are equipped to meet the societal needs of any American city or town, including institutions of
…learning, medical centers, hospitals, dentistry, parks, malls, recreation centers, etc.
See: “Off Streets Onto Federal Lands” and “Gov. Chartered Townships”
4. The Themes: Utilizing federal and state lands in this way aligns with President Trump’s “America’s Golden Age,”
…particularly as he and Gov. Newsom are willing to make them available.
However, there is no “American Golden” without the Golden State of California, of which this proposition to
…BOS Supervisor Mitchell is to ignite the way.
