Disclosure: Systemic Racism (1)
Americans are not racist
Today, in 2025, circa 90% of Americans, being of willing immigration heritage (“white”), are not racist,
…but instead, have inherited 405 years of a generations-destroying systemic racism against the federal citizens
…of unwilling chattel slavery heritage (“black – CSD), of which most are not aware, particularly unsuspecting
…post-Civil War immigrants, who have greatly benefited from it.
Definitions
The term “Black” is interchanged with American-African, US federalized citizen, and chattel slave descendant(CSD), etc.
This matter is not about anatomical, ethno-racial features, i.e., skin colors, etc., nor minorities,
…including disabled persons, but rather, a generational meritocracy based on the experience of
…entering the jurisdiction of the United States and the Union Republic.
EXAMPLE: All the respective, identity American groups have State citizenship, whereas CSDs
…are exclusively federal citizens with special authority to self-enforce it, according to
…Sentence 2 B. of the January 1, 186,3 Emancipation Proclamation.
“and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof,
will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress
such persons, or any of them, in any efforts THEY may make for their actual freedom.” (edits-mine)
The US Civil War Legacy
The most significant military conflict in US history was the US Civil War, which was waged to end
…chattel slavery, and not for the minorities, nor majorities of any sort, segregates the CSDs apart from them all.
The CSDs are truly the first, original protected class of the United States of America, whereas now unqualified groups
…have wrongly and offensively added or attached themselves to such a situation.
To “Save” the Union and “Keep” our Republic, it’s imperative that the needs of minorities, etc.,
…are to be addressed separately, and secondly, until the original purpose is fulfilled for which
…these federal laws were/are legislated for, i.e., an experiential, “equal justice/protection under the law”
…US citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens.”
As a subsequence of the original matter, their special needs will be adequately met, but not beforehand.
