Before approaching the Hon. Gov. Gavin Newsom with our mutual package so that we may have a strategic planning audience with him,
…it’s highly important that you, sir, “own” this brave “new world” ideal by becoming familiar with its contents.
In the package are the following points:
- Governor and Presidential Leadership
The governor will lead our nation in the unifying resolution to the dual homelessness crisis in Los Angeles,
It is the national capital in partnership (multi-partisan) with President Trump.
Their joint leadership work begins with LA, which all 49 states, their counties, and municipalities will emulate simultaneously,
…in a time-sensitive, systematic, orchestrated manner, functioning out of the White House and the California Governor’s Office.

2. Commonality of the “Traditional” and “New” homeless

A. Due to growing high costs of living, each “have NOWHERE” to rebuild their lives;
B. Due to Mr. Newsom’s offer of State and Mr. Trump making accessible Federal lands for housing purposes,
…based on Title V. 1988, McKinney-Vento Congressional Act, they both now “have SOMEWHERE” to rebuild their lives.
3. Gov. Newsom’s Executive Order (E.O.) issued to all counties and cities.
A. Dismantle homeless encampments
B. Construct more shelters and “affordable” housing.
4. The Warning Threat Against Non-Compliance
If these CA jurisdictions refuse to comply with the E.O., they will not receive State funds and/or, as in the case of Norwalk, be threatened with lawsuits.
5. The Resolution
The aforementioned governmental jurisdictions can and will comply with the governors’ Executive Order(s) by using State and federal lands.
6. EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative contains the basic blueprint for systematically implementing
…the settlement of these respective lands to rebuild prosperous communities and neighborhoods.
This brave “new world” action ends lawsuits and political animosity while subsequently catalyzing and adhering
…the broad-based unity necessary to mutually “win-win-win-win” in this matter.
