The NARRATIVE: Letter To Ms. Kaka!
F
or distinctive clarity, we identify the “Traditional”, and the “New” homeless,
…the latter, who were devasted into houselessness, and soon followed by homelessness
…( i.e., attitude change), but comparatively, yet still retain their powers of affluence and influence
…throughout our society and governments, most significantly, the federal.
Whereas, “Traditional” homeless are invisible, non-tactile, “whirlwind fire” casualties of a
…restless, social malady causing socioeconomic, and political, super toxic-stressed, mainstream society.
“Governor Newsom’s Plan”
Forges the “rich and poor”, i.e., “Traditional” and “New” homeless, in mutual, reciprocal equity of interest, can together,
…obliterate the ancient “walls” of enmity between them by exercising the most realistically practical plan that
… simultaneously resolves both states of homelessness.
These “mainstream” stresses directly lead to various societal maladies such as massive, mind-altering & intoxicating
…substances addictions, including psychiatric physician prescribed, psychotropic drugs for mental stability;
…family, neighborhood-community dissolution, anti-social, even criminal behaviors, etc.,
…resulting in unredeemable homelessness.
Of course, these societal maladies caused by the policies of the economic and social elite and associated,
…governmental policies are the forces that drive people down to the bottom and outer, outlawed edges of society,
…we dub homelessness.
These people range from public welfare recipients to the working, but financially poor,
…and all other upper-levels of the tax-burdened, or enslaved, middle classes, et al.
The last 40 years of spent, billions of primarily tax dollars on a myriad of social services programs designed
…to return these unfortunates to the “mainstream” of society, has proven to be a costly failure, dubbed the
…homelessness industrial complex. (HIC), which is akin to the prison industrial complex.
Subsequently, not being able to reenter “mainstream” society, and having “nowhere to go” these
…homeless persons adapt and acclimate to their public & safety-outlawed environments. (PIC)

The New homeless are those who have been suddenly, without warning, made houseless, leading to the conditions
…and state of homelessness, physically and psychologically, due to the devastation of the Biblical-like, whirlwind fires,
…that primarily struck various affluent and influential communities and neighborhoods in Los Angeles County.
Though comparatively still affluent and influential, as the “Traditional”, the New homeless, also, now
…“have nowhere to go” to rebuild their suddenly destroyed houses-mansions, shattered lives, homes,
…neighborhoods and communities, will dangerously to themselves and others financially below them,
…adapt and acclimate to the new, homeless environments, if a remedy for their condition is soon forthcoming.
The application of the EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative, designed to humanely,
…i.e., non-military enforced, but homeless persons Voluntarily participated to resolve the masses of “visible”
…encampment homelessness by the July 14th Opening Day ceremonies of the global Games.
Based on Article V. of 1988, Stuart B. McKinney – Vento Congressional Homeless Assistance Act, EXODUS II
…involves the Voluntary exit-exodus of willing homeless persons from all urban-suburban centers, onto federal lands
…into government-chartered, planned, 21st Century technological, mixed-population towns.
The process begins with LA as the national model by which all states, counties, and municipalities by
…Presidential Executive Ordered mandate, will simultaneously emulate.

In applying Article V. of the McKinney-Vento Act as well as other such legal documents, correctly,
…the President of the United States (POTUS) is intending to make federal land accessible to US citizens, they are:
- First, for what he dubs, “Ten Freedom Cities” specifically for the wealthy, constructed with,
…and functioned by 21st Century Technologies. - Second, available to first-time home buyers, which was stated before the LA whirlwind fires.
- Third, the military enforced relocation of homeless persons, primarily from urban-suburban communities and
…neighborhoods into “huge tent cities”, which are essentially internment camps that they can never leave,
…not being able to afford the high cost of living, which initially drove them into homelessness, but now is even worse.
- The primary reason why these facilities will be permanent is that they can’t leave because the same factors that
…initially drove them into homelessness, remains in those communities and neighborhoods,
…i.e., mainstream society, even worse. - Even though the forced residents may have been fully rehabilitated from whatever ailed them if they can’t prove
…gainful employment, a permanently fixed domicile, i.e., housing, and/or support systems, perhaps,
…family awaiting their return, exiting the facility will understandably be denied.
