Editorial: The New, But This Time, Powerful Homeless Rising Out of the Ashes

The Power of New and the “Traditional” Homeless People

Discover A Nuance Dynamic Partnership of the “Rich and the “Poor”

“The rich and the poor have a common bond,
The LORD is the Maker of them all.”
and
“Much food (profit) is in the fallow ground of the poor,
And for lack of justice there is waste.”

(ancient, King Soloman)

Enter The New LA Homeless
The whirlwind fires continue to massively devour certain Los Angeles County communities and neighborhoods, suddenly “blowing” tens of thousands of once house-secured Angelenos into the ravaging worlds of unnecessary homelessness.

Fitting is the moniker, “LA, National Homelessness Capital”; and the Channel 11 FOX News omen documentary entitled, “LA, City of Homeless”; these thousands of New homeless are dramatically adding to the circa 75,000 souls already entrapped within homelessness.

Though their treasure items were fire-blown away, having lost everything that makes a home, “a Home”, thanking GOD, they still retain the power of affluence and influence, waiting to finally put it to good and epic, societal development use for the 21st Century and beyond.

From January 2, 1985, to the present, I have dealt with every LA mayor from the Hon. Tom Bradley to Eric Garcetti over the last 40 years.

The Justiceville Plan, known today as “EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Initiative”, directly executed by the US President, including the use of federal lands to resolve “visible” homelessness, was often mocked, besmirched as “utopian”

Therefore, I could not persuade society and the government to fully implement The Plan. Things have suddenly changed!

Enter the Homeless
Advocating on behalf of the “New” homeless will help them to dissipate the nightmare of this destruction, and rejoice in the visionary dream of a hopeful, new and brighter beginning.

Together, the “Traditional”, with the New homeless will exercise the latter’s “super” powers of affluence and influence to actualize The Justiceville Plan for the fire refugees.

Affirming The Plan, President-elect Trump correctly intends to provide federal lands to first-time home buyers, who will also receive tax breaks, as well as many other encouraging amenities to participate.

“Regulation costs 30% of a new home, and we will open up portions of federal land for large-scale housing construction,” Mr. Trump said. “These zones will be ultra-low tax and ultra-low regulations—one of the great small business job creation programs.”

This sentiment is also held by President Biden, who in July, called on federal agencies “to assess surplus federal land that can be repurposed to build more affordable housing across the country.”

The President’s intended use of federal lands is founded upon HR 558, 1988, Title V. of the McKinney, 100th, Congressional, Homeless Assistance Act, originated and advocated into law by the homeless activists of Justiceville, stating,

Title V: Identification and Use of Surplus Federal Property – Directs the Secretary to: (1) collect information about Federal public buildings and other property that other Federal agencies have identified as underutilized and identify those that would be suitable for use by the homeless; and (2) notify the appropriate agencies regarding such facilities. Requires the agency to notify the Secretary and the Administrator of General Services

Justiceville espouses the construction of permanent, government-chartered, socio-economically mixed communities on federal lands.  See: “Townships” @ https://domesticpeacecorps.org/town/

The “prevailing winds” for both “Traditional” and New homeless, blows in the direction of federal land usage, of which Mr. Trump is planning to utilize in these ways.

  1. Twenty-first Century, “Ten Freedom Cities”
  2. First time home buyers
  3. The military enforces relocation of homeless US citizens into permanent facilities on federal lands, which will be a grave mistake, and at all costs, we must avoid.  See: https://tedhayes.us/trumpvid/

Though unable to empathize with the other’s homelessness experiences, they can certainly sympathize enough to work together in partnership, empowering themselves to personally and collectively, resolve homelessness

After 40 years of government, as well as media documentation of espousing this correct theme, of federal land use, don’t you think that it’s time to consider the Ideals of Ted Hayes?

If this note is inspiring you to get involved with epic, unprecedented in history, an unlikely group of the unified wealth of the rich, with the equity of the poor, i.e., homeless, please contact me.

GOD Is blessing us all in this matter,

Thank kindly,
