The Update Report On US Presidential Appointment of Homeless Servant Czar

Greetings and Shalom!
For the first time in the 248 years of the USA, history the American people, are being given by GOD,
…The Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence, the greatest opportunity, to fully function
…under HIM, as We the People Nation, that our Founding Fathers envisioned for future posterity.

The “dire stress of life and property”, now justifies the rise of a bold, We the People (WTP)
…united as a “one nation under GOD”, according to the Preamble of the US Constitution.

By all indications revealed to me, it’s my calculations, that, like retreating to a citadel of last resort,
…humanely resolving the matter of homelessness, is the key to our American Dream victory over the
…elements seeking to abort this Nordu Ordo Seclurum – “New Order of the Ages” yet to be born
…into the long-awaited, “new birth of freedom.”

Igniting this greatest of movements which unite all partisan politics, religious philosophies-beliefs,
…as well as ethnoracial identities, social-class statuses, etc., is the US President’s Appointment
…of our Union Republics’ first, We the People’s Choice, Homeless Servant Czar (HSC).

Surrounded by concentric circles of individuals such as yourselves, the Civilian Oversight Participants (CPOs)
…as the HSC, I will direct the operation of our newly established, federal “Office of Societal Moral Consciousness” (OSMC),
…through the Executive Director and administrative staff of the White House Based,
US Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH).

The Council consists of all nineteen (19), Federal Departments, i.e., the President’s Cabinet, which under
…the leadership of the Czar’s strategic national plan, as a jigsaw puzzle, applies their assets to its fulfillment.

This 1988 Congressionally established entity has failed to resolve homelessness, which has become worse
…in terms of numbers and complexities, because as government bureaucrats, the staff is naturally void of
…empathic energy to do so, and therefore, as severe lack of creativity.  No fault. Just a fact of life!

Based on bureaucratic thinking, the actual “first” Homeless Czar, was a gentleman by the name of Phillip Mangano.  !

However, Mr. Mangano, A great guy, was clueless as to what to do with the power granted him to resolve homelessness,
…which is why he wisely quit and is now the executive director of a fine NGO.

Upon request, I will send to the local government documents that demonstrate the idea of the
…Presidential Executive Order to resolve homelessness, thereby including a “leader”, i.e.,
…Czar, who experientially knew what to execute.

Unlike me, having experiential empathy, thereby, understanding the necessity for direct, US Presidential action,
…by his experience, Mr. Mangano could not properly function in the role, and since that failed era,
…the Executive Director, a bureaucrat, as feigned “Czar Homeless”.

The now, called for the Presidential appointment of a Homeless Servant Czar (HSC) and the accompanying
…Office of Societal Moral Consciousness (OSMC) in the United States, Union Republic history,
…40 years (1-generation of multiple Justiceville movements (January 2, 1985 – January 2, 2025), and 501-c3 corporation
