It appears that GOD, The Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence,
…has chosen homeless activist Ted Hayes (me), to bear the mantel of the
…Number #1 “Soul Brother”, US Civil Rights Representative.

Though not as notable as the “usual suspects” Civil Rights leaders,
…he has the leading knowledge, experience, and wisdom, including the
…initial workings of a solution-oriented, National Manifesto for the matters of black lives,
…particularly those of the homeless.

Most importantly, Ted has public and personal relations with The Most High GOD Himself,
…Creator of Heaven (universe), Earth, etc., and all HIS human being children,
…” as the dust of the earth” – “sand by the seashores” – “stars of heaven”,
…as well as “raising up, and taking down nations, appointing kings-rulers, saying

“And HE changeth the times and the seasons: HE removes kings, and sets up kings:
HE giveth wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:”

“Know this O man, The Most High Rules in the kingdoms of men, setting upon over

What is done to the homeless in the context of wealth, power, fame, etc.?

3. Being HIS Beloved Son, Jesus/Yeshua, the Heart and Soul of The Almighty GOD,

(Matthew 25: 31-40-46) By this Holy Standard of GOD’s Spirit will Ha Mashiach Judge
“And the King shall answer and say to them, Verily I say to you,
In as much as you have done it to one of the least of these My brethren,
you have done it to Me.”

The treatment of GOD’s children is societally forced to dwell at the bottom of every society,
…deprived of their inalienable rights, i.e., the “FORGOTTEN-LEFT BEHIND” understandably,
…is the Holy Standard of judgment in the Heavenly Courts, by which The Supreme Judge of all the world,
…will judge the nations, and “all families of the earth”, including individuals.

The Divine Standard of Judgement and Justice supersedes all divisive religious and philosophical
…dogmas, based on Love GOD and neighbor as self, says Yeshua the Jew.

The beauty of the matter is that it appears that the Most High Is presenting to us all, an “off-ramp”
…-an exit from the unintentional “road” of impending dooms upon civilizations “up ahead”,
…as well as the subsequent, eternal judgment in this dispensation of time,
…in which the homeless are the center of global attention.

Therefore, the Homeless Servant Czar is the moral conscience of the President’s Cabinet,
…representing all US citizens, preventing them from remaining, nor ever becoming
…the Voiceless Forgotten, hence, “Left behind, again, in the domestic and
…foreign affairs of our federal government.

In light of the rapidly approaching 2028 LA Olympics, the HSC and all of America will be given
…the opportunity to demonstrate what the real American Dream Ideal is, by the appointment of
