The Homeless Servant Czar (HSC) will direct the newly formed and established, unprecedented
…in its 248-year history, also, White House-based, “Office of Moral, Societal Consciousness (OMSC)”,
which will have jurisdiction over and direct the staff of the US Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH).
It’s the sacred Objective of OMSC to have resolved the masses of “visible” homelessness throughout the nation,
…primarily located in the urban-suburban regions, by Opening Day of 2028, the Los Angeles Olympics,
…beginning with LA, the National Homeless Capital, and compared to the world and that of US Military Homeless Veterans.
Furthermore, the OMSC will be permanently established as an oversight element of all policy-making and
…implementation of domestic and foreign affairs, meaning that whatever is decided must be mindful
in whatever form it takes, of the American citizens at the bottom of society.
