“The Two Generations of Increasing Homelessness”
(pin-dir)
The Two Generations of Homelessness
The USICH was/is commissioned to strategically resolve homelessness via the HIC, has self-admittedly failing its mission, demonstrated by the continuing increase of two succeeding and interlocking generations of homelessness
- First, the early to mid-1980’s recession, which increased into that of the present…
- Second, the post COVID 19 pandemic of 2020-2023, leading to the rapid increase sudden, high inflationary rise in cost of housing, i.e., mortgages and rental, and daily living expenses, pricing Americans downward cascading into poverty, resulting in the various levels homelessness.
According to the USICH admission, that its new strategic national plan dubbed, “All In-2025”, estimates that it can “house” only 25% of the homeless population by 2025, thereby leaving 75% behind for eventual military removal.
Yet, with proven record of failure, the USICH is mysteriously continuing to push the “housing first” model, meaning that it will not obtain it 25% goal by 2025, or ever.
Such is particularly poignant by the steady, added increase of more poor and working class Americans forced into homelessness by societal stresses of the high costs of housing and daily living, etc.,
Foreign National Homeless In America
Since January 1,2021, daily, in the thousands, super influx of circa 7,000,000 million global, foreign nationals who illegally crossed US southern border, now scattered in homelessness throughout our country taking vital resources from domestic homeless persons, and adding to further, and more complex chaos.
History and common sense teach that when a people have lost control of themselves, military enforced, marshal law regains, either temporarily until matters return to civility, or permanently, the latter is the usual case.
The same is true with any well-meaning and/or temporary project, that if not proper supervised and maintained, will eventually transform into corruption, i.e., Thermodynamic Law II.
As well intended as the Trump, et al, proposal might be, military enforcement is the strongest indication that moral, as well as legal corruption will take hold.
Prisons, or correctional centers, institutes for psychological, medical and physical rehabilitation; fund raising, charitable entities, etc., as some examples of this universal principle, marking what can easily occur at these resettlement facilities.
