The Legacy of 3 Black LA Legislators

Maternally embracing the “against-the-odds” advocacy of Justiceville, espousing the necessity
…for the Los Angeles City Council and Board of Supervisors enacting these Resolutions.
Each unprecedented Resolution summons the President of the United States (POTUS) to execute the
…implementation of a comprehensive, strategic, national plan that resolves and prevents homelessness.
With foresight, these three ladies of legislative careers have courageously laid the foundation
…upon which we now stand and advocate the Idea that inspired their respective governmental bodies
…to unanimously vote for these groundbreaking Resolutions.
Beginning with LA, the National Homelessness Capital, these Honorable descendant daughters of
…America’s chattel slaves, being the possessors of the exclusive Birthright Citizenship established
..into the US Constitution by the 1866 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act, has also created a legacy
…of pleading Justice for the most significant cause of what is wrong in society, i.e., homelessness.
This is particularly poignant as it relates to federalized black citizens being the overwhelming disproportion
…of homelessness, and too often, as in LA, numerically.

“Black homelessness is the most visible, evidential manifestation of the United States,
Union Republic of America’s unfinished Civil Rights Business“ (Ted)
“Homelessness is the ultimate statement of what’s wrong within society.”
(The Hon. Maxine Waters)
The Hon. BOS Supervisor, Ms. Holly Mitchell, is presented with the grand opportunity to
…assume the foundation’s leadership role to adorn the mantel of this epic legacy that will
…lead to the humane resolution of homelessness, beginning in LA and beyond.
